Exxon Overtakes Apple as Biggest U.S. Company by Market Cap

When it comes to the stock market, there’s a new sheriff in town. For now.

Exxon Mobil just overtook Apple as the biggest U.S. company measured by stock-market value, according to FactSet. The move comes exactly one year after Apple previously surpassed Exxon on its road to most valuable U.S. company of all-time.
